Franklin Spencer Miguel Bittencourt (born 24 February 1969 in Rio de Janeiro[4]) is a Brazilian former football player, who currently works as a scout and youth coach with FC Energie Cottbus.[5]
His son Leonardo currently also plays for FC Energie Cottbus.[6]
